He has successfully led several companies and established partnerships with banks and PSPs, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational scalability. Alla Bakaeva – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With over 20 years in financial management across real estate and trading sectors, Alla is responsible for strategic financial planning, investor reporting, and banking relations. She ensures transparency in corporate finance, effective risk controls, and full alignment with UAE tax and AML frameworks.

Ievgen Veselov – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
